Warranty:    All items are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase or the date you receive the item, regardless of what happens to the piece during that period.
If your item is damaged or develops a problem, please contact me, briefly describe what happened, and provide the item number shown on the bottom of the piece. Please also send me a photograph of the item.
I will make a replacement piece with the same shape and will make every effort to achieve a similar color and crystal pattern. (use the CONTACT form to connect with me)

Returns:    90 days from purchase date or when you received it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and select any other piece from my Gallery, with no questions asked.
If your new selection is of greater value than the original purchase, you may be charged the difference in price.
